Digital Art Director

Working for IB, a highly successful UK based digital services company, you’ll be working on international projects for well known brands in sports & leisure, business, retail and city environments. 

You’ll be working with an established intimate creative design team, helping elevate creative standards to the highest in the industry.

You will take a leading role in the strategic development and direction of the design team, directly influencing the interactive team to ensure the creative concept is realised in the final result.  

You’ll also be working with the senior management team to develop key strategies, getting highly involved in new business opportunities as well as established client projects.

Recent projects include touchscreen applications, websites, email marketing, i-phone applications and multi channel marketing campaigns.

Based in modern offices right in the centre of Bristol, in a relaxed environment, working amongst a larger team that are managing creative, production and development teams in both Bristol and our North London offices.

You’ll need to have had agency experience that has focused on a strong understanding of digital media, preferably in context of web, email, mobile and touch screens. We’re looking for someone who is progressive and likes innovation. Previous man management will be considered a strength but is not essential.

Administrator and Sales Support

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to work from our Luton office in an administration and sales support role.

Job Specification:

  • To provide admin support to MD and management team
  • To be responsible for Luton office admin
  • Support sales team with their management of new and existing customers
  • To provide internal sales support to existing customers
  • Provide administration support to sales team
  • Occasional customer visits
  • To be involved in outbound business campaigns
  • Contacting new companies, identifying the company decision makers, confirming sales appointments, supplying company information

The ideal candidate requires:

  • An excellent telephone manner is essential and an outgoing friendly personality
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good computer skills
  • Must be a self motivated team player, confident, punctual and reliable
  • Good customer service/internal sales skills
  • Have experience in an IT and/or Marketing customer facing role
  • Full driving license

We a seeking a self motivated individual to work as a Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • To build and manage new revenue streams from the sale of IB services
  • To achieve an annual revenue target.
  • To gain and maintain a full understanding of all IB products and services, being able to present and apply to customer needs.  
  • To identify opportunities & understand customer requirements and propose/sell solutions, which offer added value to the customer utilising the company core competencies

Core Functions:

  • To identify, cultivate and convert opportunities on behalf of the company for our digital marketing, commercialisation and operational portfolio. 
  • To understand customer requirements and be able to present these in a manner allied to a business requirement. (I.e. understanding the full potential of a client opportunity, mapping these requirements to the company products/solutions, proposing a complete solution mapped against customers business needs)
  • Should have a consultative approach to selling solutions and ability to look beyond the initial requirement to be able to sell higher value solutions in future where appropriate.
  • To work pro-actively to develop and build a sustainable and growing revenue stream through new customer acquisition
  • Proven selling skills to understand customer requirements i.e. structured questioning / listening / matching the customer proposal / closing etc
  • To represent the company in a professional manner befitting an employee, both internally and externally

Core Experience/Skills

  • Provable track record of consistent achievement against target within a competitive  sales environment for a minimum of 3 years
  • Industry experience from a technology / web based solution background. 
  • Must have a consultative business approach and understand marketing techniques
  • Must be able demonstrate history and ability to sell solutions 
  • Must deliver good presentation & negotiating skills
  • Must demonstrate customer facing and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Must be computer literate i.e. able to work with Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Must have a full UK driving license and own transport
  • Must be a self-motivated team player, confident, punctual and reliable.
